Terms & Conditions
  1. Deposits: To secure your appointment, a deposit payment is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process.
  2. Refund Policy: Deposits are only refundable if the treatment session is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  3. Reschedule Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled once within 1 month of the initial booking. Once an appointment is rescheduled, the deposit is non-refundable. Please contact us if you would like to reschedule your appointment.
  4. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your appointment and qualify for a deposit refund, please ensure that you notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment time. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a deposit refund.
  5. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
